Hiking, Sheehan, and EastChase Chili's

No run again this weekend. I'll be hiking up North of here, in the Appalachia foothills. Temps are comfortable enough for hiking, another distraction of mine.

I'm also adding a link for George Sheehan M.D., running philosopher.

WARNING: The new Chili's at EastChase is dreadful. Food is the same boring, bland trash that all the others chains serve; cheap american food and fries, over-sized portions, greasy, salty, and not much creativity on the menu. The service is poor. Waited 45 minutes for 5 lunches and they got 3 out of 5 orders wrong.

Cooler Mornings

The morning temps have finally cooled off and it feels good to run in the mornings, before sunrise, again. I went out for a six-mile run this morning around Halcyon and Sturbridge, cool temperature, nice breeze, almost perfect. Can't wait until the temps drop below 50 in the morning. AAAHHHHH, so nice.

They conveniently put a new coffee shop in in front of the Publix on Vaughn and Taylor. So its Starbucks, but its in a great location to end my run where I can get some coffee. Coming soon, Village Coffee (locally owned) to the same location, just around the corner.

No run this weekend, just jogging around the nieghborhood.
